Background
I am a Master’s student in Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Alan Kingstone. My research interests broadly centre on attention, perception, and cognitive aging. During my undergraduate research, I investigated how younger and older adults use different strategies to regulate attentional control. I’m particularly interested in understanding how performance in lab settings translates to real-world behaviour, how our perception of the world changes as we age, and how these changes influence the way we respond to our environment and make decisions.
I have a background in culinary arts, so outside the lab, you can usually find me on the hunt for good food!
Research Interests
Cognitive aging, cautiousness, decision-making, executive control, and naturalistic behaviour.
